We found this place through the Dutch dining site Iens (Dutch tripadvisor for restaurants only), and it came highly recommended. That is the problem with TA, where mostly tourists grade restaurants, attractions ad such. So, this review is quite exceptional, as we live in the Netherlands. We did visit Maastricht as Dutch tourists. This is dining in a remodeled church.... More

we really liked the venue - its a converted church and is amazing. The food was also delicious and interesting. It was a bit disappointing at the end because I had trouble with my visa card (as happens in Maastricht) and instead of sorting it was kind of suggested that it was my problem. But I would really recommend going... More

Visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening, which is usually not very crowded. Staff was very friendly and attentive: young people who love their work and are proud to work here. The food was delicious, special and well presented; the concept of small portions for €15 each is appealing and has an excellent price - quality ratio. Well, quite a... More

We had dinner here during our city trip. The restaurant is very beautiful and the service is excellent. The menu concept is that you choose several (smaller) dishes. It is a really nice experience.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, stunning... shame about the restaurant. We were looking forward for a romantic, delicious dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed. The service was very slow, the food was bland and nothing special. We had a 3 course meal and out... More

First off, the setting the decorations are gorgeous and one of the truly uniques experiences in the world. But the food for that price? Terrible. In my main course, my boiled potatoes were raw. And this after waiting and waiting for the food. How does one mess up boiling potatoes? service was very disapponting.

The setting is extraordinary, but in a group of 10 or so on a set menu, the veal carpaccio starter and haddock main were disappointing. Drinks service was extra-ordinarily slow. Maybe it is not the local custom but I like the opportunity to order and receive my wine before my food arrives. And if restaurant policy is to then take... More

Recommended three course dinner with sommeliers wine pairings. Also had full breakfast in morning. Great food and service.
