Nice little intimate place

Good food, great service and nice ambience. Had the Chilli con carne which was really fresh tasting and home made. The chicken with peanut&bear sauce was also good. Total tourist trap. The food, from the famous (secret) gramma's recipe stew to the chili con carne tastes the same, i.e.not good. And it is expensive for what you get. Avoid this trap!

Very cosy location. Good service. Excellent food for very good prices. It is pretty small and it gets full pretty fast so keep that in mind.

One of our favorite places whenever we're in Maastricht. Great snacks, good beer menu and an incredibly nice staff.

By the look of the Pub it should be 200 years old ,however we were told it was built in the 80's.The food was all quirky and local and good the service was super friendly Well worth a visit

De Bobbel is brilliant for taking in the Maastrichter atmosphere. The place is very suitable for a nice famous Brand Beer and some small food. The place is frequented by a lot of locals and therefore you should try to learn a few words here of the Maastrichter Dialect while sipping on your nice beer. The Bartenders are friendly and... Wonderful small location populated mostly by local people. A real gem hidden with really good food (rabbit with plums was a delicacy). The service is a dream , really professional and you don't fell they are false, really friendly and helpful. And top of that you can eat monkey nuts and throw the shells on the floor. Everyone doing the... More

Passed this Café/Restaurant and was immediately caught by the atmosphere, so we popped in for breakfast - unfortunately they only offer a spartanic one: two warm croissants, marmelade and cheese, but the espresso was fantastic. We came back later in the afternoon and the place was already packed. We were kindly asked to wait at the bar, had a beer... More
