We happened to be visiting the Grossmunster with its fantastic stained glass this afternoon, a cold and wet one in Zurich and saw this restaurant from a coffee shop we stopped at for a break from the rain. Normally we avoid Asian restaurants in Europe. We know and love good food and in our experience have found that Asian restaurants... More

Very pleased to find a Thai restaurant close to our hotel and even more pleased after reading TA reviews. We didn't book, just got in and were told usually crowded so better to book and that is the way it looked whenever we worked passed, especially for special lunch. We have some very good Thai restaurants in Australia so wasn't... More

After an a epic two week excursion from Geneva to Zurich, via Jungfrau and the Glazier Express... our last meal was had in Ban Song Thai. What a result. Friendly staff. Tasty food. As reasonable a price as you can expect in Zurich. Must go!! I recommend Phad Gai Sai Med Mamuang - Fried chicken with cashew-nuts, garnished with dried... More

Nice little Thai place not far from Helmhaus. Cute decoration as long as we do not have one of the table facing the main door. You can also seat in higher tables, original idea - we liked it. Food is overall good, tasty and spicy enough to travel by eating. Thai shrimp rolls are a must-to-order. Portions could be bigger,... More

This was a recommendation from the same book that recommended the Kronenhalle so we were a bit dubious and were thinking of cancelling our reservation. I’m so glad we didn’t. The food was probably the best Thai I’ve eaten outside of Thailand to date. We shared a chicken satay and spring rolls to start, both of which tasted fresh and... More
