Hiltl has been around for over 100 years. We go for the buffet, that offers a wide variety of tasty vegetarian food, often with an oriental touch. It is not cheap, but there aren't many cheap restaurants in Zurich. A plate from the buffet will cost 20-25 Chf, and it is delicious. more

I loved it that we found a vegatarian restaurant in the middle of Zurich. I got the buffet which was good, however extremely expensive. We loved Hiltl! We definitely enjoyed the break from the typical bland, meat-heavy Swiss menu. It's a bit pricey, but not compared with other Zurich restaurants. The food was very flavorful. I had the crispy tofu salad with caradmon/orange tea... very yummy! more
