Nice service

The pizzas are nice, and the waiter was very attentive and kind although we did not order a lot of wine. The meat dishes are quite expensive, but these are the prices in Zurich.

We arrived and were seated in a satisfactory time. We went early to avoid any crowds. After being seated our server was punctual in coming over. We informed her of what we wanted and she promptly brought us our drinks. From here on end we had to catch her if we wanted anything. She seemed to be the only person waiting... More

This was our second visit to Positano and I have to say this is a very good Italian Restaurant with moderate prices. This is not Gourmet Italian or five star dining....but its always crowded here and you should have reservations. We have been lucky I guess as we have just walked in the two times we went and the staff were... More

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this was horrendous. Booked the table, called to say we would be a few mins late. They took 20 mins to seat us, 20 mins to bring menus, no polite 'sorry we are so busy' and they weren't even that busy. They just didn't want us there, I don't know why. I... More

We often go to Positano, since it makes the tastiest pizza we've found in Zurich (although less choice than some other pizzerias). The staff are always friendly and it seems like they get to know a lot of the customers. Also, their quite flexible, and happy to make pizza how you like it.

Got seated, ordered our drinks and were then asked to move so they could accommodate a bigger group (with the promise a free drink or desert for our troubles). Food and drink was ok, but the atmosphere was lively and overall we had an enjoyable evening. Weren't expecting much and so met our needs. Our offer of a free desert... More

Busy restaurant , but full with swiss people that try another menu for them . Staff try to be polite , but did not acomplish this . Better staff to MOLINO . You need to be friendly and not only to try . Now the food . In time for food preparing , but like an italian food fan I... More

Could have been one of those special meals one remembers fondly whilst on business travel but just missed the mark on a few occasions. My warm welcome soon paled as I was left to wait for an opportunity to order my meal and wine whilst staff chatted amongst themselves. This allowed me time to ponder why the music played only... Food is overall good but portions are extreme let small for the cost. I was charged three francs for tap water. The waiter laughed when we complained and said it was on the menu. Nowhere in Switzerland have I ever been charged for tap water. I did not see the any listing of tap water on the menu.

We ate here on the recommendation that they offer gluten-free pizza. Our party had the GF Pizza as well as some salads, spaghetti bolognese and lasagna. It was all good! The wait staff was pleasant too.
