Came here for breakfast with a view. At least I got one of them! Service: Seriously lacking for an establishment of this class. Waiter came to table and started yelling at us: "Who wants coffee?". What is this; a diner? Then when I asked what condiments were available with the eggs, she spouted impatiently, "Everything". Ordering avocado on the side,... More

The view from the restaurant was amazing. Food was equally amazing. It was nearing the end of Asparagus season and they were fantastic.

Wonderful place, but the food is very bland, tasteless, and without wealth appetizing. Could be much richer, combining the excellent atmosphere of the hotel that looks like a medieval castle. I hope to improve it, because is amazing international location, the food leaves something to be desired.

I stayed for four nights . Fell in love with this hotel . Location breathtaking Rooms ultra luxurious Clean ,neet . It's a dream hotel. With great services and accommodations . There is one problem Is that it ruined my view to any other hotel . And gave them a tough competitor to beat.

Had a fantastic dinner at The Restaurant of the Grand Dolder. We had 8 course menu and it was amazingly balanced, with super creative and innovative dishes. Really pleased to see a Michelin star restaurant that is really making an effort that was visible in every dish. The service was fantastic, incredibly attentive and personal. The staff were very accommodating... More

The look and feel meets the expectations, but does not leave lasting impressions. The Cuisine leaves well travelled Guests satisfied, but also hungry due to small size portions. More creativity is needed to be outstanding.

Having visited most of the fine dining establishments in Zurich this one is arguably the best. I am not a big fan of its interior but the view is stunning. Make sure to reserve a seat with a view, I neglected to do so. We had the 12 course menu which was preceded by some excellent amuses bouches. I was... More

Having lived in Zürich many years, I had not attended any gathering in the Dolder Grand. With my neice visiting, we decided to stop for coffee. After taking a train ride up and a short walk were very pelased we did. The time was gentle and went much quicker than I would have preferred. The service was perfect and the... More

One of my favourite place to eat. It is pricy, but worth it. I am talking about fine dining restaurant with 2 strars. Excellent service, good wine cart and very exiting food. Love the way chef combines ingredients, composes menu, plays with spices and condiments. And my dog is always welcome there, big bonus for me.

We had gone there for a meal. The FO staff told us that the restaurant was closed even though it was still thirty minutes to closing time. They were discourteous and ride with indifference written across their faces. The location is good but sincerely very overpriced. There are much better deals at a much better price around. .

Dear Guest We appreciate your honest feedback and are dissatisfied to hear that we fell short of your expectations and in particular that you felt unwelcome at your arrival. There are various dining experiences on offer in the hotel with extended hours. Our Garden Restaurant is open daily from 6.30am to 11.00pm, and our The Restaurant, serving innovative gourmet cuisine,... More
