This was a dark, dank restaurant that seemed to have a lot of history. My daughter and I had fondue which was decent and my husband had beef that he thought was excellent. The wait staff is very snobbish towards Americans and turned down several persons both on the phone and in person and then when non Americans walked in... More

I keep reading reviews that say it's expensive. That's true, but everything in Switzerland is and Montreux thinks it's another "Riviera" - what did you expect? We chose the beef option since the trilogy offered horse, which is not something we eat in the US. We had a leisurely dinner grilling our own mini steaks over a charcoal grill. The... More

We ordered the steak fondue which had a minimum of 2 people for $49. The same dish for one person was $29. When the bill came, we were charged $98. The food was okay, not great, and we won't go there again!

From the moment we were warmly greeted by the owner of this restaurant, to our last bite of our wonderful chocolate fondue for dessert, we enjoyed every minute of this charming restaurant, located just at the foot of the hill that leads to the Old Town. We started with a delicious mixed green salad, followed by a WONDERFUL cheese fondue... More

I had been here once before. This time, I brought my wife. We had a nice meal. We had the Charbonnades Trilogy. It was very tasty and we enjoyed sampling the five sauces. But... the options were a bit limited with just two people. With a larger group, you can get some Charbonnades, some cheese fondue, annd maybe some meat... More

I went there trusting the recommendation of the hotel's concierge and I was not disappointed at all. Nice ambience, friendly staff and great fondue. The local wine recommended by the waitress was not great, but it was good enough (I like to taste local specialties). As soon as you open the door you smell the cheese. It didn't bothered me... More

Restaurant suggest typic swiss cuisine. Restaurant is designed as the old traditional Swiss house. I was many times in this restaurant and always enjoy coming back here. Mostly I like their potato gratin with 10 types of cheese and seafood fondue.

10 euro for a liter of San Pellegrino. 35 euro for a bowl of cheese fondue. That should be all you need to know. Definitely way overpriced for what it was.

We went to Le Museum at the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. We asked for a 'typical' swiss restaurant. Luckily, it was a steep up hill walk from the hotel to allow us to burn a few calories in preparation for the large amount of cheese consumption that was about to take place! We enjoyed raclette and fondue... More

This restaurant serves typical Swiss food, mainly fondues but you can get steaks as well. The flames from all these fondues creates a huge amount of smoke which combined with the poor ventilation due to the location of the restaurant in the cellar left us all gasping for fresh air. Hence, we all skipped coffee and desert to enjoy a... More
