We weren't particularly taken with the food. The atmosphere was fun, the service great, but the food and prices weren't that impressive. The backstory of this place is interesting.

Wow what a meal and service. We had a gorgonzola fondue and a cheese fondue with mushrooms, Both served with bread and potatoes! This was excellent! At the end of our meal one of the lades working at the restaurant Asked us if we wanted the "crust", the burned cheese in the bottom of our pans - DON'T miss out... More

My husband and I truly had one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. Let me set the scene. It's a beautiful evening. You're in Switzerland (aka paradise) sitting outside overlooking the mountains and trees. You order a bottle of local Heida wine (definitely a must!) and the meat fondue. When the food starts to arrive the server... More

We ( just 2 of us) walked in just after 6 without reservations, and the hostess gave us the only table left (a 6 seat table) - with the condition that we didn't mind sharing if another party came in. We didn't mind, and were SO GLAD they were so accommodating! We had an appetizer of raclette, cheese fondue (served... More

My husband and I found this restaurant to be friendly great value. The street frontage would have you believe that the restaurant is quite contemporary and small but in fact it was traditionally decorated, rather like the tardis and very busy. Still, we were seated, wined and dined without any hint of trouble, and for the two hours we were... More

Hid from the rain for some fondue and wine. Lovely food, great recommendation from the waitress, nice and cosy atmosphere. Would recommend. One of the best meals we had in Zermatt

We were looking for good Swiss food and were not disappointed, definitely a meal to remember. We had the beef fondue for two people, plus the obligatory raclette...YUM. This was our first beef fondue experience and (along with other tourists doing the same thing) the staff were very kind and helpful through our ignorance of what to do. Even though... More

We visited this cosy little restaurant for one of their advertised specialities, name the cheese fondue. Thankfully we walked in when we did as we did not have a reservation, and aft being allocated the last available table at this wildly popular eatery we witnessed the staff having to turn people away as they were simply 100% full. The staff... More

We visited this restaurant several times during a recent holiday stay, and found it a great choice. Although the menu is not huge, the food was always prepared to a high standard using fresh local ingredients, the service was consistently friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was also reasonably priced, and in our opinion one of the... More

Best to make reservation because it's quite a popular restaurant! We just popped our head in an hour before dinner and made the reservation. We had cheese fondue which was great, but the best of the night was their Raclette!! Yum! Staffs are friendly and speak English.
