Above expectations chinese food in Europe!

On the 2nd day of our 3-day stay in Zermatt, my sis and i were clueless on what to have after a disappointing italian meal for dinner. We discovered this restaurant located in the backlane of Zermatt town after hearing some chinese tourists talked about it. We hesitated if we should give it a try... read more

I have had many trips to Zermatt and have always meant to try this Restaurant, and I do wish I had not. I took a local person and a very well versed chinese culinaire. Where do you start, the Duck was dry we did not eat it all and they did not even have any decent sauce to serve with... More

It was the worst Chinese food we ever tested and the worst food in our entire Switzerland trip. They charged us 5 franc for tap water! Unbelievable! Ridiculous! This is the only restaurant in Switzerland who charged us for tap water!!

Horrible place to be in The rating should be in negative even one star is too much how can somebody even rate the food when the waiters refuse to talk politely or in a nice manner they should just go and learn some manners first instead of directly landing into the restaurant

So rude services. And it is hard to believe. They made a spending limit and I am alone and do not eat much in the evenings. I was. Kicked out.

China Garden is a nice restaurant in the centre of Zermatt. The staff is friendly en service is fine. I'm not an expert on Chinese food, but in my opinion the quality was average. Not very spectacular.

Nice change of pace from the typical swiss fare. We had a good selection from the menu with many recommendations from our server. The food was excellent and the service fast and courteous. Really enjoyed the meal at China Garden.
