The CERVO is a great place for apres ski. Good music, great vibe. Would love to stay here, the hotel looks great.

Warm welcome, perfect service, excellent food, beautiful interiors. The menu offers a slick combination of traditional and modern touched dishes. Eventhough the emphasis of the main course is on the variety of different meats, the selection of fish dishes was satisfactory. Broad wine menu with widespread price levels. Overall we spent an enjoyable evening. Would definitively return.

Excellent, very umami menu, including egg yolk ravioli in brown butter with truffle, for example. Breakfast for those staying in the hotel is also excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner at Cervo during a holiday in Zermatt. Great food, terrific service and lovely ambience.

i wish the food would have matched the lovely interior of this hotel restaurant. this really is a very nice place, with friendly service, however the food, although nicely presented and of good quality, definitely lacks the raffinesse the restaurant suggests. The better option is to have the Cervo Apero Platter for apres-ski.

Nice boutique and mountain style restaurant in an excellent hotel, lovely warm fires, great cocktail bar, nice food, a little nouvelle cuisine in style and presentation, but great menu.

Great food and atmosphere. Veal chop was absolutely superb. Only catch, make sure you find out the combination to the lift when booking that you need to use to get up to the restaurant. This place is a winner.

This is NYC foodie heaven outside of NYC. Quality of food is high and origin of all dishes is listed at the back of the menu. Ate here twice in four days. It was that good.

We went for a leisurely lunch and were recommended to try here and so glad we did. The food is good value - some nice pasta dishes / burgers looked good as did the club sandwich.
