The meat on the grill is outstanding. Specifically the brochette or the lamb. Also very difficult not to take seconds of their specialty potatoes. Very good selection of wines. Better suited for adults. Dimmed lighting. Excellent service.

We shared the lamb filets which were amazing flavorful and tender. The potatoes gratin was delicious and I appreciated the second helping. However, the 5 pieces of vegetables left a lot to be desired. This was a recommendation to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere was very quaint and cozy, the food delicious, but like Zermatt- very very expensive and the... More

My wife and I dined here whilst in Zermatt. I had fillet steak with potato gratin which was heavenly. I have never tasted gratin as nice as this. My wife had a fondue which had a beautiful flavour. More subtle than the french fondue which i find can be a little strong. Make sure you have a bottle of the... More

average cold meat starters, average steak tartar (served without toast), average grilled meat, average service... but prices much over what it should be, as usual in zermatt. no special reason to go again, no special reason to avoid this place.

Each time a wonderful experience, outstanding quality of meat and fish prepared on the wood-burning grill combined with the amazing gratin. Lamb Carré is amongst the best we ever had.

Nicely decorated restaurant and friendly welcoming and service. We had a fondue as a starter which tasted well. However we were slightly disappointed with our boeuf tartar. The meat was not chopped as you would expect at a restaurant of this caliber and tasted way too much ketchup. Perhaps the grilled meat is a better choice here.

Nice service, good food - I am not the biggest fan of fondue but it is great there, great warm atmosphere. I would say this is wonderful place for friends dinner!!!

Our hotel suggested this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Loved the grill in the dining room with the beef and lamb skewers being cooked in front of you whilst chickens turn on the rotisserie. Local wines were good and service was really quick. In terms of atmosphere this is just what you want on a ski trip.

I was having dinner in the Zermatterstubli which is affiliated with the Grill. Great cheesefondue. The personnel was understaffex but trued to their best. A good sign ism allways that local people visit the place . They allso get most attention from the lovely hostess.

Very charming and cozy experience - 5 stars on atmosphere. Huge open fire grill for the meats - all very tasty. My husband and I are somewhat foodies but have to say we were shocked when the bill came - overly expensive. Great dining experience but extremely pricey!
