After a mediocre lunch we tried the ice cream at Hanselmann - wonderful! We tried two tastes and it was one of the best icecream that we had ever, Very much recommended!

I was just passing by St Moritz and taking a break. I was allured by the sweets so I came in. It turned out to be a nice place with good sweets and coffee. The lake view is really breathtaking. I would come back.

The coffee was very good. Atmosphere mediocre, service rough - and the pastries much too sweet and unimaginative. Expensive for what it offered.

White I agree decor may be more appealing to older visitors, the rhubarb pie on an almond crust was the best I have ever had.

Enter slowly and watch the delicious cakes behind the windows before sitting in this once elegant and now old fashioned place. Brunch was excellent, almost better than at home and service very nice. Even my dog had a drink.

In the atmosphere of the book of Rosetta Loy "The Chocolate from Hanselmann" you will have one of the best hot chocolate in the world. Do not forget the "Nusse Torte" (Nuts pie) from the engadf\ine vally. Historically the pastry chefs from the Habsburg court were from this valley. You will understand why now!

Expresso and ristretto were total disappointments. 3 small chocolates to accompany expresso and ristretto was average for Swiss quality.
