Super formal, elegant and expensive but worth it

If you want to people watch, see some of the most beautiful couture dresses and a truly international guest list, this is the place to go.

Treated to a Chef's Table in the kitchen. Amazing experience. Wonderful, varied and exquisite food. Followed by puddings in the desert kitchen. Felt like we were kids entering Charlie & the chocolate factory... Service was impeccable but without disturbing us. Would highly recommend this as special treat for friends/family if you can.

Best breakfast ever. So elegant and refined. Their were very many options. Healthy or hearty. It was always a delight to go for breakfast or dinner, since lunch was on the slopes.

The setting of this restaurant is beyond beautiful! The walls are painted with murals, there is a harp player or a string band playing at dinner (changes depending on the day), there are beautiful table arrangements with live flowers...the food is great as well.

Empty restaurant and ridiculous prices....we ate Nobu all over the world, but never paid 15 CHF for a tiny bowl of rice, this is a joke!! Especially when already ordering the Black cod for 80 CHF! Please, thos prices even for the super rich do not do any justice anymore. Service was just ok.

We had cocktails here - expensive, but lovely. Old world charm, nice nibbles with the drinks. Great Martina's. Open fire. Gentleman's club atmosphere. Lovely on a snowy night.

My wife and I dined here as a special treat to ourselves in January 2015. The former Palace has many religious artifacts and cues as to its history. It is regal in presentation. It is of the utmost quality and faultless in providing an unforgettable dining experience. Our meal was truly magnificent in keeping with our surroundings and was not... More

Well, we didn't stay there, so skip the rest if you will. Our reason for going there... was the Gormet festival. Do you pack a coat and tie when you go on a ski holiday? Well, I do not. Luckily the dining room staff was prepared to lend me a coat I could fit in, and was willing to put... More
