Ambiance was excellent as was the service. However if you do not enjoy dining on game, this might not be your place. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the hot plate/eclectic meat experience while I opted for more of a vegan dish (the options were limited). All in all - a fun evening. Great wine, great atmosphere .... and if you are... More

We booked online somewhat late but the staff managed to get a table ready for us in 2 minutes. The value is fair in a town where prices can be completely disconnected from what you will get for your money. There is a wide selection of wine, from a decent 39 CHF to some (for us) stratospheric > 200 CHF... More

The term "sizzling venison" may sound attractive, yet if you are looking for real taste rather than fantasy KEEP AWAY. Huge selection of hot plate gamies (venison, wild boar, deer etc) which mostly taste similarly awful. Very expensive wines, overblown check, cold reataurant, hassle of self cooking and getting no specific flavor delight out of nothing. BİIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND A... More

We were fortunate enough to arrive on the hot plate night so enjoyed the music provided by the group which added to the experience. We enjoyed the Hisrch steak with the chocolate sauce and spatzele.

We tried some local pasta dishes that we weren't that fussed on however my husband had grilled pork and he was happy with it. Overall not a bad restaurant and conveniently located in centre of town. Note all restaurants in St Moritz are expensive

Was in St Moritz on a business trip stop Dec 9th. Found Hauser on TA and decided to give it a try. Was a quite evening and we got a great table by the window where we could watch things on the street. Chose the table grill experience which for us was a great choice. We had horse, kangaroo, mountain... More

Barley soup was great. Be prepared in Switzerland to pay big time prices i.e $5 cokes and $12 bowls of soup.
