I made the reservation inquiry by e-mail for Valentine's day before we left for Saint Moritz, got an answer immediately, very helpful and very polite, no problems. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome with genuine smiles, and the atmosphere was nice, clean and cosy. The tables upstairs are lovely, but downstairs is ok, too.

Johri's Talvo was the best restaurant in the area for many years and we loved it. Now it's called " Talvo by Dalsass" and the new owner and top chef Martin Dalsass continues this tradition of superb food and excellent service. This is THE best restaurant in St Moritz.. a bit out of town but worth the short (10 minute) drive.. eat upstairs where you get the full atmosphere...tres romantique..
