During this time of the year many restaurants in Davos are closed after a long winter season. But not this one. Small restaurant with a couple of dining rooms. Service was okay. Our fondue with mushrooms tasted very well. Pricey though. We had a good time.

We had lunch at the Gentiana. While most people eat fondue or snails here we had Cordon Bleu which was excellent. True, the restaurant isn't very space but the service personnel tried to accommodate us as best as they could. We had a stroller with us. When the table next to us started arguing about whether the fondue they had... More

We came a nice big group after a win at the Spengler cup. They placed us upstairs, a room with an amazing wall size ad from the early 20th century. I had deer and my wife beef. Both were so tender and the sauces very tasty. Our friends had fondu, and was very good even though they kept of compering... More

We were a party of four and had a wonderful fondue here. Since we were not of big appetite, we shared one cheese fondue, 2 fondue Chinois and a raclete plus a bottle of Swiss Pinot noir. The food was well prepared and this is the best cheese fondue I even had. Service was excellent. Highly recommended if you were... More

Lovely setting and nicely laid out, warm and welcoming. Nice selection of Swiss food, including all sorts of fondue if you want to clog your arteries! A great selection of very tasty salads to start too. Very expensive though, ordinary meal for two (couple of beers each, no desert), CHF 130, about £85 which just confirms my comment about how... My wife and I had a nice fondue dinner - the three course special at CHF75 each, plus aperatif, bottle of wine, and expresso with grappo at end of dinner. CHF240 in total. For this place, we were reasonably big spenders, I suppose. The atmosphere and charm of the place is great, and the food was well prepared and presented.,... More

Always a real pleasure to come here. Davos is great for skiing, but so characterless - with the exception of this restaurant. Fantastic decor, friendly staff, and top notch food. I'll be back next time that I'm there.

We went there for lunch, nice small restaurant, service was very friendly. We had fondue spicey and rosti with liver both were really good. They have good selection of wines. Overall definitely worth to visite :)

Great Swiss place, fun environment. We went with the classic cheese fondue shared between four of us and paired it with white wine. We also didn't take and chances and had a shot (or three) as part of the tradition. It's not a big place and it seems in high demand so it might be best to book in advance.... More
