Went here for the CHF 79 Brunch including a glass of Swiss "Champagne" and would highly recommend it. Lets start with the downsides. You had to pay for mineral water, the dessert was in a different room to the rest and there was no live band. Oh and they only had paper towels in the toilet. The rest was all... More

Service is professional but the offer is not exceptional for a luxury brasserie. The setting is nice. A belle epoque decoration that brings you back to the old days. You can easily imagine at it was in Interlaken in those days with the clients. Traditional swiss cuisine. You will not be disapointed but not surprise also.

Jungfrau Brasserie does an excellent job of sourcing local produce to come up with inventive dishes. Being autumn, I had the Gamsepfeffer with Spätzle and red cabbage. Wonderful! The service was attentive, friendly and even paid special attention to the children dining with their parents across the way. The wine was Swiss, and shows both a commitment to staying local,... Were advised to eat here and ended up complaining. Service was haphazard and slow. Restaurant was nearly empty. Ten minutes to get a menu - ten to get a drink - ten to get an order and so on. Forgot to give us bread. Food was ordinary and so was overpriced. Waitress spent most of her time fussing over a... More

Liked EVERYTHING about this hotel! The rooms, service, and outside areas were all exceptional. I can't say enough about our experience. So accomodating after rigorous hiking. Loved this place!

Superb location, interiors and atmosphere, friendly stuff with a good sense of humor. But don't expect upscale dining experience. It's pretty ordinary Italian cuisine, though served up to Michelin standards. Whether it costs its premium - up to you to decide.

My wife and I enjoyed a light lunch of gnocchi and risotto on the terrace on a rainy day and the food was fantastic. The service matched the quality of the food. If in Interlaken, do yourself a favor and stop in for a lunch. You won't be disappointed!

Having the choice between the gourmet restaurant ,la terrasse' and the ,jungfrau brasserie' at victoria jungfrau hotel, we decide to go to the brasserie for dinner on a friday night - and this was a good choice! Both, the service and the food quality is excellent and adsolutely worth the money. A highlight for us (wine lovers) was the incomparable... More

Nice looking place. Warm atmosphere. Unfortunately the quality of the food was barely satisfying compared to the high prices. Service was veeeeery slow, even though the restaurant was only one quarter full. Last but not least even though we wanted to leave a small tip, the waitress didn't bring back the change (CHF 12). The wine was very good.
