Nice looking place. Warm atmosphere. Unfortunately the quality of the food was barely satisfying compared to the high prices. Service was veeeeery slow, even though the restaurant was only one quarter full. Last but not least even though we wanted to leave a small tip, the waitress didn't bring back the change (CHF 12). The wine was very good.

They do a wonderful afternoon tea for CHF39 or CHF49 if you want a glass of champagne as well. Homeme icecream. Wonderful cakes. Freshly made waffles. Huge chocolate fountain. A very pleasant dinning experience at winter night in Interlaken. My friends and I ordered red wine which was recommended by the head waitress to go with the main course, beef, we chose. Stopped by with a group of friend in Interlaken on a Friday morning. Unfortunately not sufficient for a Hotel of this standing. The cuisine lacks inspiration and creativity. Price/quality ratio very low.

You can enjoy the garden during the summer--for a coffee or a snack. A walk from the hotel to the railway station is a nice plan.

Nice room, great service, Food was wonderful. Right in the Hotel. Has lunch also. In the warm months sit outside enjoy the view.

Wow! what a place! The food was very good. The restuarant's interior was breathtaking! Dont miss out on this place if you're in Interlaken. (quite pricey though!)
