This restaurant is located in a great location. I would not rate it as a restaurant but as a cafe due to the poor service. You can enjoy a great dessert and coffee ☕.. The prices are on the high side but worth the view.. Enjoy it..

Late lunch at this restaurant. Great food - we were able to choose from different parts of the menu. Excellent quality and a good choice of wine.

If you like to be harassed and pushed by a restaurant staff, this is the place to be. Never in my life I've seen so rude people, unprofessional and don't care about their clients!!! The owner of the place, a very nice South Korean lady is a very nice person, however, I guess that she had no control on her... More

We were tired and needed cake. A nice man at the station recommended this place, said it wasn't the cheapest but it was certainly the best, so we gave it a go. It has the usual Swiss system, you find a table and sit down, there is waiter service for drinks but you chose and pay for your cakes at... More

This place was so good we went back twice in the one afternoon or maybe that was a lack of choice elsewhere? You must try the cake plate selection, not one was not worth trying. Service efficient and friendly with great backdrop of the mountains. Watch where you sit though as the birds and their offerings are not always pleasant

I think we would have been better off if we had read the reviews about their service. Well, we did not and suffered for it. The behaviour of the staff was absolutely obnoxious, to the point that we had to leave without eating.

We ate here twice as the menu is very good and lots to choose from. The service is very prompt and staff are friendly. On Thursday evening they had a pianist/singer who was great and it has a nice view across the main park in the centre of Interlaken.

After walking around Interlaken for about 20 minutes trying to decide where to have dinner - everywhere looked fairly underwhelming - we opted for Schuh as we wanted to try fondue. We ordered the fondue menu (cheese to start, meat for main and chocolate for dessert). The cheese and chocolate fondues were good (although not as good as the homemade... More

The Grand Café Restaurant Schuh sits in the heart of Interlaken, and you can enjoy the views of Jungfrau, Mönch and Eiger, the main summits of the Bernese Alps, from the open terrace. Historical establishment making fine chocolates and pastries since 1818.

My friends and I went to Schuh about 2 months ago and we absolutely enjoyed the macaroons...I don't normally eat macaroons but it was just so tasty...coffee there was also very good...Prices are quite reasonable too.
