Very busy place so expected slow service, but not an HOUR to get a pizza. The rest of the food came out fairly quickly and was quite good. It was the pizza that was slow and just not that good. The worst pizza I have had in Europe so far. Nice atmosphere but it is loud, good for us with... More

We came here to have lunch at this restaurant today for the first time. As apetizer we had a "exotic tomato soup" which has a kind of a "Thai flavour" and that very tasty, and rosemary focaccia which was also very flavorful. As main course I had the "Sautéed codfish fillet under dried tomato crust with black Venere-Risotto with broccoli... More

the Spinne has a large restaurant but it still feels cosy. the menu is extensive and there is plenty of choice. it is a little more expensive than some of the other restaurants but the food and the service is well worth it.

We weren't staying at the hotel but noticed the lovely terrace dining so gave it a try. Facing Mt. Eiger, a sight to behold at sunset, the large terrace is lit by hanging lanterns and tables are covered by linen cloths, candles and flowers. The many tables are broken into sections by well-placed shrubs and flowering pots which make each... More

We stopped by chance for lunch and we weren't disappointed. There's a lovely garden at the rear of the hotel with hushed music and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains to the south of Grindelwald. Tables near the hotel are nice but venture away from the main building and you will be rewarded with some individually placed tables. big parasols... More

We had lunch at this place , right in the shadow of wetterhorn. The views are incredible. The food is decent Swiss fare, I'd give it a three star. Since we went peak tourism season, the service was a bit mediocre.its still worth a trip just for the view.

We have been here lots with family mainly for the ice creams and the view! We had the best ice cream desserts here and the view of the North Face of the Eiger is amazing from the terrace. You should try this place just once and as an added bonus the kids can play mini golf next door.

This is a grand place to dine and one I can commend without hesitation. I guess if you don't fancy pizza then you may be best to look elsewhere as the choice will be limited. A very warm welcome awaits you in this restaurant and there is a healthy choice. The quality of the food was very good; presentation excellent;... More

Good pizza at a fair price for the area. Wait staff was friendly and not at all rude to foreign visitors. Sit outside on the terrace for a spectacular view. The inside is nice too. We liked it here so much that we came back 2 nights later. Price for pizza and drinks was reasonable for the area, about 60... More
