Environment is nice, very friendly n professional staff with excellent food. We had celebrated bday with my fd there. I had written an email to ask them to write happy bday on the dessert. Even we don't remind them they still remember which really impressed us. Definitely a gd choice for fine dining.

Close to train station and old city the Bolero restaurant was a vivid surprise. We went for dinner. Checked the tappas buffet as well as various spanish-style dishes and enjoyed them all!!! The dishes where top designed and the tastes were sofisticated.

We had some bites from the delicious Tapas Bar and then "Penne flambé" served at the table. Our children loved to watch the procedure in which alcohol was added to a penne in a holed cheese wheel in order to create a burst of flames

My wife and I read that Bolero is a top rated restaurant in Luzern. We were not disappointed. The waiter was friendly, recommended a good red wine and provided excellent service. Food was hot and right portion for both of us. Desert was a very nice sorbet and glacé presented with tiny artistic slices of fruit.

I saw good reviews on this restaurant in the hotel and tried it. Tapas a la carte is really good but needs reservation though. Highly recommended!

This restaurant seemed to be quite popular and was quickly full. We arrived around 7:00 pm and had to be seated in the lounge area. Soon afterwards there were no more seats. The drinks (cocktails) were very sweet and tasted mainly of syrup, and lacks finesse and balance. The calamari fritters were rather soggy when arrived and quickly deteriorated to... More

Do not walk in into this restaurant/bar of the Hotel Cascada without reservations. It gets really full! If you don't mind waiting, this is a great place to cool down your heels after a walk in Lucerne. A good 10-12 minutes walk from the Old Town, this restaurant bar specialises in Spanish tapas. Their tapas buffet has two choice: small... More

We booked a table which is recommended as it was a busy restaurant. The menu is of Spanish origin. Plenty of choice of Tapas to start. A nice selection of main meals to choose from. The Pincho de carne al flambeado brandy con patatas salteadas was very tasty and a feast for the eyes when it is flambéed at the... More

My wife and I went to Bolero to celebrate our anniversary whilst on a European holiday. We emailed in advance to make a booking, to which they replied very promptly and locked us in; it was a great first impression! First off, don't be scared of the prices - they are standard for any restaurant in Lucerne - EVERYTHING is... More
