Food was fine, not great, the service was, fair not great. Communications were a little rough, we asked for a glass of ice water with our meal, but we received a glass of hot water ( not tea making hot, but quite warm)

We were at the end of a river cruise, on a post cruise extension to Lucerne. First day, we were in a rush to eat and stopped here for a "quick" lunch! HA! Service was excruciatingly slow! Tables are jam up together, so you're eating with your neighbor. We ordered one 4 cheese pizza and water. Bill was $23francs. They... More

We stopped here for lunch. We decided to share a Pizza. We sat outside to a lovely view of the river and great to watch the world go by. The pizza was ok at best (Looked better than it tasted) and my wife was quite poorly in the evening and was unsure if linked to the food she had here.... More

we ate here our second night in Lucerne. It was quite busy, so we sat outside. They offer blankets on cool nights and also have a heating element above the tables to help with warmth. Their food is well priced for Switzerland. We paid 50CHF for two plates of pasta (both tasty) and a pint of beer. There was an... More

This is a very small restaurant with excellent food, reasonably priced for this area. Not wanting to sit outside owing to the fact smoking is allowed at those tables, we chose to eat in their indoor rooms. We were immediately sat with another younger couple who looked at us clearly indicating they would prefer to be alone. Not know the... More

This restaurant was in a good location near the Chapel Bridge. They were able to offer us a table without a booking and the staff were friendly. However, all three pasta dishes were over cooked and under seasoned. The pizzas may be a better option, they certainly looked good.

Nice location next to Chapel bridge and could watch the river and the castle while eating at the outdoor part. Pizza and food are real Italian and like most ethnic food taste differs dependingon the region of origin. They have thin pizza. Very accommodating and will seat you even without reservation but they do get busy in the evenings and... More

I stopped for lunch as friends had given it a good review from the night before. I had a table with river and people watching view while enjoying a large portion of Penne with garlic and tomato sauce and some very fine beer.

We chanced upon this soft lit restaurant on the lake front, the pasta tortellini with spinach and ricotta and salmon risotto were excellent. So was the fish dish.. Best of all great uninterrupted Lahr views with friendly warm service. Servings are large,,
