Food is excellent. Desert is excellent. Service is one of a kind in this deteriorating city. The waiters deserve a medal. Deserts are nice. The owner and chef jacks his self come out of his kitchen and great the clients and check if everyone is satisfied like nice old Geneva. Wish that a lot of restaurants copy on you.

A colleague of mine recommended Chez Jacky for a special evening as it was a bit more expensive than some of the Geneva restaurants we frequent. However, in retrospect, I really don't think that the fixed price menus are out of line with other fine dining options that we like in Geneva. We all got the three course menu of... More

I have been here before. It was recommended back in 2010 by a local to Geneve. The food was authentic French. Well prepared and presented. Service impeccable. The chef comes out at the end. Business lunch is a good value. Try to not eat a breakfast and go for the selection on the dessert cart! A must. Bon apps!

This place is not cheap, but it's worth every penny. The staff do their absolute best to treat you like you are king (or queen) and to give you top notch food. really good. Every time.

Dont be put off by the offbeat location and the gian fish tank that reminds of an Asian restaurant. This place serves excellent traditional French nouveau cuisine ina relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere. We had a fantastic experience here over a business dinner for 6.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. The waiter was attentive and knew his wines and I had one of the tenderest steaks I have ever had in my life, anywhere in the world. With a wide variety of French cuisine, and very good at that, sitting at a table outside watching the world go by in the warm sunshine was fun.Not... More

I was a guest at Chez Jacky and began the evening enjoying entrez under the awnings at the footpath before moving into the restaurant for the main meal. Entrez with a glass of red wine went down well after a long week at a conference. The food was delicate and tastey. I had beef for my main and it was... More

Given the reviews we had expected a really interesting bistro, but we found the food to be just average. We were staying in the old quarter so it was quite a trek to get to this restaurant,so that probably didn't help our impression. The decor could use some updating as the colors are very 1980s, (heavy on pink and bluish... More

The food was great, and the service obsequious, but arrogant! But have had food just as great at half the price in other places (like Bormio in Italy). And at every turn I felt I was being fleeced. The wine in half bottles was expensive but pretty low quality. The food portions were small, except for the entree which was... More

Jacky is a very good adress in Geneva. The dish of the day is always good and not expensive. But the best is the "mille feuille", light, fresh,.. for me the best in Europe.
