I agree: one of the best bistrot in Geneve

This is an excellent "lyonnaise" bristot, full of character and a friendly service. Food is classical Lyon style food (black pudding etc etc) with some typical Genevoise dished this is the place for you! Had a business dinner, hopefully we reserved, it was packed full. It's a "restaurant lyonnais", so the menu proposes some strange french food such as pigs foot, duckling pate and more. But they also have great pieces of meat served with different sauces. They do not serve fries ! But that's Ok because their "gratin de pommes de terre" is... More

This is an excellent local bistro with beautiful retro interior decoration, friendly service and very good to excellent Lyon-style cuisine. Portions are generous, and if you go for a business lunch, you may have to opt for a siesta afterwards, as the specialities such as 'boudin noir', 'onglet à l'échalote' are not on the light side. But they are good... More

Fantastic interior that matches the food and it's quality. Excellent service but must reserve ahead of time. I'd call the kitchen "lyonnaise style" and meet is often served with red-wine sauce. No french fries but menus often served with an excellent gratin. A good choice of wines at an affordable price (for Switzerland).

Great food at this french-style bistrot, friendly and efficient service. Compared to the entrecote couronne a few doors down, this restaurant is a bit more spacious, though not open on certain evenings. Good option for business lunches or dinners or with guests from out of town.

This is a simple charming restaurant, a typical Lyon-style French restaurant. Not very expensive, has a good price meals. The service is very good, they are very polite. The food is fabulous. We asked for the menu of the day which had a very nice smoked salmon salad which was spectacular, then the main meal with 2 slices of beef... More

If you are looking for a good local French bistro meal, great service and ambience then you should not be disappointed. A young husband and wife do a great job in a friendly atmosphere, just relax and enjoy any of the house specials which sounded great from home made sausage to the freshest local fish. I would recommend highly. The... More

The beef in this restaurant is fabulous. The service is fine and the welcome is great. The tables are always full and it can be difficult to get a place but it is definitely worth it.

Went there for a business dinner. The setting is a bit old, with old-fashioned waiters and decor, but the food was really well done. Meat was tasty and there was enough food on the plate. A good cuisine from Lyon with nice choices on the menu. They serve some dishes such as couscous, etc in old caviar boxes and all... More

We arrived in front of the restaurant around 11:45am and found out that it only opens at 12pm. So we waited and as the restaurant opened, we were greeted warmly but to find out that the whole restaurant is fully booked. So we suggested that we also have to rush back in 1hr. The service staff was kind enough to... More
