The food is good earthy and tasty. The service was great ( the owner tried hard to please us ). Portions are generous and of good quality. You can't go wrong by eating here !

What a great restaurant in the heart of geneva. The staff were run off their feet yet were very friendly and attentive. Had the set menu and would highly recommend this to others. Food delightful and paired with local swiss wine from lully, meal was very memorable. Please eat here, but book ahead as it gets busy.

This is a justifiable very popular restaurant in a sea of mediocre dining options. Reservation are essential. Value is especially good for Geneva.

Nothing fancy or a bill that requires taking out home equity loans. Just great food. A very warm atmosphere and terrific service. If you're staying at the equally good east west hotel, it is just across the street. Order the local geneva red wine. Terrific!

We had dinner here at the recommendation of our hotel, and it was so good we went back the next night. Reservations are advisable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, with excellent English skills and extensive knowledge of the wine list. The crawfish salad was my favorite appetizer, with just the right acidity and many pieces of tender crawfish,... More

We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated our party of five even though they were very busy. All of the servers were friendly and attentive. The bread is fantastic; it has ham and herbs in it. The perch entree was fantastic and the presentation delightful. It is very cozy. Prices were average for a sit down restaurant in Geneva.

Typical Bouchon Lyonnais with its classics: Andouillette, cassolette d'escargots, Carré d'Agneau, Entrecôte... Friendly and efficient service, Brasserie atmosphere and the need to reserve at night as it is simply full almost everyday. We went there for Lunch and Dinner > same efficiency and quality. For the dessert the Profiteroles are TOP so is the Tarte Tatin. If you are looking... More

Le Boeuf Rouge, is a bistrot in the centre of Geneva, a few steps away from the area of Les Alpes, where a number of hotels are situated, such as the President Wilson, Kempinski, Hotel d'Angleterre, Hotel Edelweiss, Novotel, Hotel Bristol among others. The Atmosphere of the restaurant is that of an old fashioned bistro, the decor of wood panelling... More
