Just happened to stumble on this place while walking to the water. It was extremely crowded so we took that as a good sign and sat down to eat. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. We decided on the quinoa salad and pesto pasta with a glass of wine each. The total bill came out to about 70... More

One of my favourite places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Centrally located in a small park facing the lake and the Alps beyond, you'll never guess you're in middle of town. Quiet and peaceful, warm welcome and excellent food. Highly recommended.

Large variety of tapas with swiss dishes revisited. Slightly pricy but the quality, diversity and originality make up for it. I have already been there several times, either with friends and family, or even for business meetings. The location is perfect, next to the train station, and the setting, next to some green area, makes it feel like being in... More

Let's face it: it is not cheap, you also pay for the location. But unlike other places relying only on their strategic location to charge way too much for what you get, the quality was not forgotten. Try one of the home made pies, they are delicious.

Good tapas food in the center of the city with an excellent view on the mountains and situated in a quiet place. Just in front of a fountain and monument.

Set in the park, this cottage is cozy, and the menu is wonderful - food is fresh and large portions, and the wine list impressive. A wonderful way to start the visit to Geneva!

Location: perfect - looking out at the lake. Ambience: fabulous - one feels like she is in the woods when in downtown Geneva. Food: excellent - original, tasty, and in tapa size portions so one can try a number of dishes, such as baked figs stuffed with chevre, fresh local asparagus with slices of baked parmesan, eggplant with gorgonzola, quinoa... We found this cute cafe by accident whilst looking for somewhere else. It's a lovely venue used mainly by locals (on the days we were there, mainly for post-work drinks). Situated in a public garden near the lake, the atmosphere is casual and friendly. The cafe offers a great range of drinks and seemingly good food, although we ordered nothing... More

This cosy building, originally the home of skilled craftsmen who built a monument nearby, is stuffed with fairy lights, books and eclectic furniture. There is a large terrace outside, from which you can see the lake. I opted to eat inside as it was not all that warm. The menu is a bit like tapas, 'small plates' although they weren't... More

A bohemian relaxed atmosphere inside, books and magazines within easy reach. The food is really good and tasty, the menu changes quite often. Each dish is varied and original, a bit of fusion where vegetables have a place of their own, not the quaint decoration. Everything really tastes homemade, the desserts are also fabulous. On a sunny day the tables... More
