Description: As the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Geneva, Rasoi by Vineet...
As the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Geneva, Rasoi by Vineet offers a delectable one-Michelin starred journey into the world of contemporary Indian cuisine. Created by renowned chef Vineet Bhatia, Rasoi by Vineet is a sister to Rasoi in London, Bhatia's first and most famous restaurant. Inspired by traditional Indian cookery, Bhatia uses his imagination to blend flavours and textures in a uniquely modern way. To complement the innovative cuisine, we've provided an equally imaginative backdrop. Offering a modern interpretation of traditional Indian style, the decor uses vibrant reds and sleek blacks to create a dramatic interior. A large tandoor oven finished in sleek granite provides the stunning centrepiece to the room.

This Saturday Brunch seems like a well kept secret, although available for reservation on the restaurant's online booking system. It is served course by course, and can cater to those with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, lactose-free, etc.). We mistakenly thought that the appetizers were the mains, and were quite surprised when another 6 curries plus rice and naan were placed on... More

We went for the five course tasting menu which appeared to be reasonably priced compared to the a la carte. First course was crab cake which considering I'm not a big fan of crab cakes, was really tasty. Course two was scallop carpaccio with dried cauliflower. I love scallops but this just didn't work, very insipid. Course three was lobster... More

This place is really nice. Service is impeccable. Food is delicious well prepared dishes with indian inspired flavors and spices. I tried the vegetarian menu, plus the addition of a rogan josh, naan bread and 1 bottle of sparkling water and an espresso. With tip (10%) total was just about 200 Euro. It's actually the most expensive meal I've ever... More

The waiters were professional, and were very personable and engaging but without being intrusive! The food was absolutely delicious, every course different but complementary of the preceding plate. Chef came out personally at the end, which we found is often missing in this kind of establishment. Excellent!

I really though a Michelin starred Indian restaurant would offer something spectacularly different, but it wasn't. many of the flavors/spices were overdone.

Food was average (even though we got very long explanations), waiters were pushy (more champaign, more wine, more....) but we had to beg for the water we had ordered but that they put on another table. Place was a bit empty. Prices are HIGH and not justified at least for what I ate. Unlikely to go back.

Just awesome Chef Prashant has magic in his hands. Asparagas was just too good, so was the passion and coffee bean icecream. All the dishes were upto mark and immaculate.
