Good restaurant with good food. But staff needs to entertain the customers with smiling face. Food was really excellent with excellent environment. Very near to Geneva central station.

We went for dinner with family on our firts evening in Geneva. The food was authentic and delicious. Proper breads and curries with some very authentic vegetarian stuff. The staff was friendly and the service great.

We picked this restaurant as it had some good Indian food items on the menu. The food was great especially the kebab ( its not easy to find such kebabs in South France). The ambiance is quite old fashioned. The hosts could have been better, they loudly talked with each other in Indian local which they think most customers don't... More

I'm pretty sure my dinner came out of a can when I had it there the other night. It was barley warm, bland and pretty terrible overall. It had little flavour, lots of salt and pretty low grade, possibly boiled chicken in it. For 2 starters and 2 mains at more than 100US, (no drinks) I felt I had paid... More

We used to live in London, where there are excellent Indian restaurants aplenty. We were therefore a little worried what the standard will be in Geneva. Spice of India was a very pleasant surprise and a great choice. The decor is lovely and elegant too. My only reservation was the service.. All the waiters were nice and polite, but it... More

We went there because a friend of mine recommended us the food. We had no reservation, so they gave us a table very close to the door. I said it was cold, but the guy said all tables were already reserved (while leaving half of the restaurant was still empty!) Naan was not naan, it was Arabic bread. (At least... More

I must say, as per my second trip to this Indian restaurant, I found food and service more improved and up to the task. It has definitely become one of my favourite place for oriental Indian cuisine... People, who are looking for Classic Indian food, must give it a shot ;)

I try to be as honest and open minded as I can when reviewing places I have either stayed or eaten at. The Spice of India, Geneva is far too expensive. The vindaloo of the title is actually at the lower ended of the price bracket. I don't normally talk about cost, and you may be thinking "tell me about... More

My colleague and I chose this restaurant because I had to be somewhere at 8:00 PM and it opened a half hour earlier (6:30 PM) that all the other restaurants in the area. I'm so glad we did. My colleague is a bit of an expert on Indian restaurants in Switzerland, and she agreed this was as good as she's... More
