Description: Le Tse-Fung restaurant transports you to the other side of the world...
Le Tse-Fung restaurant transports you to the other side of the world: Traditional Chinese and Asian cuisine, crispy duck, dim sum... Red velvet, black lacquer and silk decor take you at once to a Shanghai palace in the 30's. Under delicately wrought lanterns, the most divine treasures of Chinese cuisine... With the help of a predominantly Asian kitchen staff, the Tse Fung's cuisine perpetuates the noble art of authentic Chinese and Asian gastronomy, offered between Lake Leman and the Mont-Blanc. Steamed specialties with the famous dim sum, grand classics made of fish, sea food or poultry... The marriage of textures and the fragrance of rare spices offer amazing culinary experiences, to be tasted in the quiet peace of private rooms or on the terrace, with a view over the lake and the mountains.

The mongolian beef was tasty enough as were the accompanying rice and noodles. Othe diners were happy enough with their dinner too but it was nothing particularly special. Desserts were nice - the ginger confit had a real kick to it! However, it's not worth those sort of prices.

Dear Sir, We would like to thank you for having taken the time to share your comments with us. We duly took note of your remarks concerning the duck and we are very sorry about that. The duck is usually one of our best sellers, the two times service duck shouldn’t be dry as you had. We would be pleased... More

We go to this restaurant on our way back to the airport coming down from our skiing week. It is a family tradition. We noticed the food quality greatly improved from last year. The dim sums are perfect and the Peking duck (2 service) was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy, which is often not the case in other... More

But i think if you want to spend once nice evening with ur family or friends and enjoy buy nice food... More

We went to Le Tse Fung to celebrate two family birthdays. I am giving the restaurant 4 point out of 5 due to the experience I had when I called to make a reservation. My french isn't great but it is good enough to say my last name and how many people on what date. The person that picked up... More

Back to the Tse Fung again, to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at La Reserve and dropped our car to the valet parking. We were immediately greeted by the Concierge. Good to see him and very happy to see that he recognized us, even if we missed each other many times over the last few years! We went quickly downstairs... More

Chinese as it should be... Rather than taking a selection from the menu, go for one of the two set menus. Enough to leave feeling very satisfied, but not too bloated. House Packed with international clients. Prices on-par with any big city. Enjoy!

When at Tse Fung, you should try their dumplings, they just are incredible. Also the Peking duck is an absolute must. Pity they only serve Chinese style desert

Really lovely restaurant with food to match, bit pricey but perfect for a special occasion. Love the deco and the Ruby menu is excellent. My favorite Chinese before the Hung Wan!
