Nice place to enjoy a Italian dish

There was a lot of options between salad, pizza, pasta. The staff was very efficient. I would recommend it

Sure, I know that restaurant prices are quite high in Geneva but what is the level at which it becomes too expensive? After missing a couple restaurants that we had chosen and that were closed on Sunday, we arrived at Alfredo before taking the train. Excellent location. We were warmly welcomed and soon ordered a vegetarian pizza and a Napoli... More

All over the world the italian cusine is always a good idea, but is necessary has quality and very kind room. Alfredo in Geneve has these qualities: good cusine, good wines and a vey kind people. It is located in a very good region: very close to station and Lac Leman. We have a very nice moment there.

I arrived in Geneva late after missing my booked connection from Gard de Lyon station in Paris. After checking into the nearby hotel, I wandered down towards the lakeside area before checking for restaurants still serving. I was swayed by the option of eating outside in a relatively quite area. I ordered the Entrecôte Grille with frites and a green... More

Looking for somewhere to eat after a long day sight seeing, we came upon Alfredo (Italian) restaurant. Appeared to be a family run restaurant. Menu offered usual Italian fare. We chose the Chef's suggestion for the day, which was steak - no, not Italian. Haven't eaten a lot of steak in Switzerland, but this wasn't too bad - served with... More

Went there for lunch today with a friend. It took 45 minutes before we were served what we had ordered. Even then, they had forgotten butter for the toast, which it took them another ten minutes to bring out. There were plenty of waiters (we saw at least four serving the outdoor area) but none of them were in sight... More

We arrived here at 23:00 on a very balmy night in early June. The waiters were happy to seat us outside thankfully. Not a lot open later on in this part of Geneva so a welcome sight. Pizza was quite nice (nothing special) house wine in small measures and a San Pelligrino water cost us 56 Swiss francs. So not... More

Be early for lunch. Lot of regular "office" people. If you like pizza it is ok. Most likely try something else because pastas and other choices e.g. lasange are tasty.
