I found this place on a short walk from the hotel. It opens early which helps when you are here to work. The cafe au lait was great on first two visits but not as good on the third. So I downgrade a bit for consistency. Pastries are very good. I loved the feel of the place. Service is ok.... More

We shared the petit dejeuner with two persons plus cappuccino and one egg. Geneva is expensive and this place is priced average. You will get a sort of breads with Butter and can choose from various jams and chocolate (cream, dark, white) to spread on your bread. Comfortable atmosphere.

An enjoyable atmosphere, delicious jams, coffees and teas. Everything is just this side of being a bit overpriced. Sometimes the service is a little slow only due to the lack of servers. Now that the operation has outlets worldwide I would like to think they would provide better service and prices.

Products are quite good, organic, nice atmosphere, coffee mediocre, good bread, but price is too high.

I last went to the pain qutidien in geneva a few years ago, and remember leaving the restaurant very disappointed with the service and quality. I went there again recently and had the same impression. It feels like they employ students who stay a very short time and dont learn how to work in a restaurant. Very poor service and... More

The food is quite good and is bio, which is why we come here. However service is poor and it is not child friendly. There are better places for families where your custom is appreciated. Single friends similarly complain about the poor service

We went there at 12.00am and the place was full of young people and people having their brunch there! The atmosphere is really nice very warm and offers many housemade products(They actually produce marmelades and other products and sell them too).It is a nice choice for a cup of coffee although the coffee is not the best but you can have... When I moved to Geneva I noticed Le Pain Quotidien: it looked like a cosy local cafe restaurant. Then I discovered LPQ is a US chain... The quality of the food is good. Healthy vegetables, great salads, open sandwiches, deserts, homemade ice tea, lemonade. And even with my gluten free diet I always find something wonderful on the menu. Prices... More

Have been a regular diner at Pain Quotidien in Champel for years, but will not go back after today. Have finally given up trying to shout to be heard with friends over the very noisy coffee machine and the bread-slicing machine. What a racket! Coffee has always been pretty awful, but it used to be an efficient, nice place to... More

I visited here today with friends and when I walked in I was impressed with the decor. There are plenty of tables and chairs in a variety of configurations, it was clean and attractive. I ordered cafe latte and pain au chocolat. While the pastry was reasonably good, the coffee was terrible. It was served in a large cup without... More
