Wish I'd had the Steak Florentina

Wandered in and it was a buzzy fun restaurant. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara which was fine but not exciting but fortunately my guest ordered the steak and let me try some which was amazing. Just wish I'd ordered it! We sat by the fire on a cold winter evening eating good food and enjoying a... read more

Super centrally located, with impeccable rooms (mirroring the neatness of the city of Bern) and great service this is one of my favourite restaurants in Switzerland. An upmarket italian place that still offers good value for money and is consistently good across the menu. Starters, pastas, risottos, meats and fish dishes are all made with quality produce. It is part... More

The Bar and Lounge downstairs is stylish and packed. Another great Bindella place! The restaurant is upstairs. Very nice atmosphere and no empty tables. For a good reason! Very friendly, fast and competent service. The ham as a starter with figs was very nice, the Carpaccio of beef was unfortunately cut a bit too thick and had some filaments, but... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I only found out later that it is part of a chain, but the feel of the restaurant is the opposite. It is elegant with excellent and friendly service, while the food was first class. Well done and i now want to try the Zurich restaurant!

20chf (without drink) to entry into a very small club...in Italy it couldn't be considered a disco but a pub. Music 99% reggaeton...maybe top music for local people... Bartenders know few types of cocktails for 15-16chf, I asked vodka-lemon...I received vodka-redbull... If you want to pay with card...only over 30chf. Unlimited entrance, people piled like pigs to the slaughter. If... More

Since our last visit two years ago, the quality level of the Lorenzini unfortunately moved to average from very good. We went there for lunch today, and having been a regular when living near Bern, I fondly remembered the quality of the food in terms of aesthetics and taste. Sadly our salads were drowning in salad dressing, and both the... More

Disappointed by the poor service and average food, we love Italian good food and this is not a nice place to have a dinner!

The Lorenzini fully lived up to my expectations, given the Bindella-brand and the price tag on the meals. The location is spacious, but super packed during lunch time - reservation mandatory. I had a saltimbocca with risotto. The meat was good, but the risotto was cooked to perfection.
