The food is good, you have to make a reservation, kids friendly, I rate average,because eventhough food is good, it is very expensive

We regulary go to Negishi Sushi in the abscence of better options. The sushi is average, and the service is average but ok. We keep ending up there every once in a while.

In switzerland, rules are often followed religiously just because they are rules. But in this place, the people really showed the hospitality. They have 3 great bento options for lunch: vegetarian, warm food, cold food. They all come with a miso soup and they cost around CHF26.

Negishi at Gerbergasse is right down town in Basle. Nice for a quick lunch or dinner. Not really romantic but delicious. In Basle there are two Negishi, I would prefer the one at Gerbergasse.

Absolutely excellent, freshly made sushi - great for Switzerland but be prepared for Swiss prices! Service is a little patchy and could be better. Tips - book for evenings especially for more than 2 people - Monday night is there all you can eat night - you can order take away ahead and just pick it up

Good sushi for Switzerland but only OK compared to other places like London or Barcelona

The food there is absolutely lovely: fresh, aromatic and the sevice very good. I go there at least twice a month. My favourite dish is the Sea Hopper.
