Perfect

Hard to find any weak point for this wonderful dinner. All dishes were on top, beautifully (but not spectacularly, which is different!) presented, original spices, daring mixes, subtle asian influence, wonderful play on acidity for explosive tastes... a very, very good restaurant and a dinner to... read more

Hard to find any weak point for this wonderful dinner. All dishes were on top, beautifully (but not spectacularly, which is different!) presented, original spices, daring mixes, subtle asian influence, wonderful play on acidity for explosive tastes... a very, very good restaurant and a dinner to remember. The serving rhythm was perfect to us, but might be a bit too... More

Though not elegantly dressed and with a last minute booking, we were accepted and made most welcome. The food was almost better than the Gault & Millau recommendation of 18 out of 20 in our opinion. The price is solid, the value for money is however excellent. The service was superb, discreet, friendly and most thoughtful and efficient - congratulations... More

We celebrated one of our birthdays in Stucki and now, weeks after the dinner, still dream of it. We opted for the 12-course tasting menu which led us through the colors: Green-white-orange... The memory of every color combination and associated components is still present and strong. The combination of Asian, Brazilian and African spices and European ingredients offered a new... More

I went to the restaurant after my civil wedding in Basel with parents-in-law for lunch. We all took a 4-course business lunch which included starter, soup (forgot to take a picture, it was parsley based soup), main dish and a dessert or cheese plate for 88 CHF, I think. There are several selections for each of the item. For example,... More

Another fantastic dinner experience at Stucki. All Menu was vegetarian and we asked to pair each plate with wines.. It worked perfectly.

This was a second experience at Stucki. Chef Tanja Grandits is one of the most innovative chefs I have encountered on many culinary trips. She delights in surprising combinations, interesting colors and hidden textures. Every bite is a surprise and a delight. They have an extensive wine list and it affords a great opportunity to explore many of Switzerland's wines.... More

My wife and I dined here with friends, and were pleased with innovative cuisine, outstanding service, and an excellent wine list. We would recommend this restaurant if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Loved this restaurant and also went there with our smaller wedding party. Great for special occasions. Takes a long time for the full menu but definitely worth it. Colors and textures and tastes are amazing. Did not sit outside but they have also outdoor area. Super service and was happy to meet Tanja Grandits. Only street parking, but right across... More
