Superb panini

This very small panini shop uses absolutely the freshest and best ingredients- meat and cheese sliced in front of your eyes! Our family had four different panini and all were delicious! A perfect place to buy your panini but do not expect to eat in there as the place is tiny.

Awesome authentic ingredients-freshly cut and made whilst you watch. Our guide Micheal brought us here as he eats here regularly. When I dropped half of my sandwich the lovely senore making the sandwiches surprised me with a replacement. Grazie mille. Highly recommended for terrific street food.

La Bottega has many things to recommend. Firstly the restaurant is charming, dark, lots of corners to get lost in, a great looking bar and an ambiance of decadence. Secondly the wines are exceptional. The choice is unbelievable and we had excellent local wince for less than 25 euro per bottle. The food menu is limited to the specials of... More

You know when you see where locals eat and you take it as a sign to try it? Well, this place fits the bill. Tucked away just off the main tourist street in Perugia, friends and I joined a long queue of people waiting for sandwiches/paninis from this place. The takeaway is tiny, and the queue long because every order... More

I was wating some superb after reading Tripadvisor. I found a panino-place that serves same paninis like everyone else. Offcourse the ingredients are as fresh as they can be,but thats all. Good meal, but NOT the best in Perugia.

Makes you realise what you've been missing everywhere else. Good wine, excellent panini made in front of you with fresh, organic, local ingredients, and above all the personal touch. I got the friendly girl behind the counter to choose the wine (she thought red) and what to put in the panino for me, and the result was absolutely brilliant. It's... More

One of the problems of sandwich places is that the meat is usually very salty. Is this a compensation for the salt free bread in Umbria? I find the place highly over rated in the reviews. Just a simple sandwich place

Lovely panini's and it was worth waiting for. We saw other plates you can take, looking very delicious. But there's almost no space to sit down to have some, so we decided to have a take-away.

This is just one great stop for a nice lunch! Freshly made panini with cheese, ham, tomatoes or whatever you like at a bargain! Very small, almost no place to sit down, but you can take you panini with you and sit on one of the stairs on the main square just 2 minutes away. Without TripAdvisor I bet we... More

All of their food is amazing and very reasonably priced. On Fridays and Saturdays it is a very happening place with a young crowd. There are very few (if any) places to sit, but it is very easy to stand around end eat and very worth it!! The food is incredible!
