A quirky pared down eating experience in backstreets of Perugia. The decor is spartan but the cooking is real. You can see into the kitchen where the owner/chef creates authentic Italian meals. We went back a second time during our visit and we wern't disappointed.

A friend of mine suggested to eat at the Gufo once in Perugia. Place tucked away from the main street downhill from the main streets. Few tables outside, poorly prepared.
