We had a great lunch here. The fantasia antipasti was awesome and the gnocchi with "secret" sauce were like little pillows. Also maybe the best tiramasu I had in Italy.

Excellent food. Very Italian. Terrific staff. Good value. Never had some of these dishes before and rhey were tremendous. Try the gnocchi with cheese inside. We like so much we went twice. Be careful, it's full and many Italians go for business dinners, etc.

They even gave us grappa and amaretto at the end since they didn't want us to leave without an after-meal drink! If you're not a big meat eater the crostini might be a little heavy (chicken liver) but otherwise this was divine. Wonderful stuffed gnocchi (cheese and nuts) as well as some of the best pici I've head, in an... More

Our hotel staff recommended Nonna Gina and we were very pleased. We were seated immediately and greeted like one of the family. Food was amazing - especially the gnocchi in secret sauce. Great food for a great price

Lunched here on a Sunday and we were impressed. Our waitress was friendly and the food was fresh and full of flavour. The complimentary grappa and amaretto were a nice touch.

Stunningly traditional food in a small, family style restaurant. The menu is hand written, with no translation which was great fun. I had the beef in Chianti and my partner the salcissia, both utterly lovely. All really reasonably priced (cheapest meal we had in Siena). Highly recommended for those who don't want fries with that...

Osteria Nonna Gina is located right outside the wall of the historic center. Our meals were delicious and filling. We tried their homemade pasta (pici) and we were not disappointed. After dinner, every table is served two different bottles of Grappa and Nonna Gina's Amaretto. It was a perfect finish to a perfect meal.

I had the Pasta with Pesto and Spaghetti sauce. It was very tasty and fresh. The temperature was a little odd, as it had luke warm pasta with cold accoutrements. The veal slow cooked in Chianti was the best meal I had in Siena. It was flavorful and tender. I ate at restaurants higher on this list and would recommend... More
