Tasty, tasty, tasty

We had a funtastic lunch in this hidden place between old walls of Siena. All dishes were so tasty, vine and service are very good.

This one is for a very special meal and occasion. Definitely a 5 star restaurant for me. We ate their New Year's Eve so had a pre-set menu with many unusual and excellent fish courses. The owner is friendly and comes around to check on you. The service is top rate. I have eaten here on other occasions and it... More

It's an old style place behind Provenzano's Church so right in the middle of the odl city center, quite posh but they make you feel at ease, the service is very friendly. Nice wine selection and helpful sommelier, food simply very very good. I had a fish dinner with my girlfriend and really enjoyed it. Ideal for a romantic dinner.... More

It was lunchtime and quiet and we only stopped for pasta but the food was excellent, the service polite, friendly and the knowledge of wine well communicated

Waiters and staff should spend time serving food and not schmoozing with just North American tourists. All diners are important. Our meal took 2 hours for two mediocre courses that lacked inspiration. Finally trying to even get the bill at the end was a trial as well. Must try harder. This is one of very few restaurants I have declined... More

Slightly difficult to find but well worth the hunt! Superb restaurant specialising in fish although my husband had tripe and the wild boar ragout which were equally as good. My meal stared with the prawns and calamari, absolutely delicious but nothing compared to the linguine with clams and sea urchin. Truly wonderful taste sensation! We opted for coffee and brandy... We walked around and around and around trying to find this place.. it was hot, we were late, and annoyed. Just as we began to give up.. there it was. The tastings menu for each of us, one fish, one fowl.. and all was right. It was an amazing evening, perfect service...delicious food. Gorgeous Italians all around. The space inside... More

This is a great restaurant for fresh fish and seafood which seems to have been overlooked by some. If you follow the suggestions of the staff (especially if you enjoy raw fish) you can't go wrong. I don't know about the meat because that's not why I come here. There are plenty of places in Siena that serve very good... More

So much to like at this restaurant -beautiful dining room, extremely friendly staff -we were really looking forward to our meal here. Unfortunately, the food simply did not live up to all the other positives. Pasta dishes no better than those at much cheaper trattoria, rabbit dish over-cooked and dried out. Perhaps we just caught it on a bad night,... More

As said food was good. Homemade mayonnaise incredible. Service was beyond bad.... took sooo long... even 20 mins before we received our wine. Wouldn't rush back.
