A very good fish restaurant

Very good seafood - sashimi, urchin, lobster and all were outstanding. The service was in top and the rooms very authentic with beautiful decorations from old age. "expensive but recommendable" My wife likes meat and was not as satisfied as me!

We were directed here for dinner. Anticipation was great, but actual food was poor, certainly in view of the pretense of the place. Avoid the fish dished. Be clear if you want three or four courses. We wanted three, but got four. That made the whole thing very costly. The cook really struggled with the seafood and overcooked the fish... More

Located in a quiet street in the center, Tre Cristi is one of the best restaurant in Sienna. Service is excellent and helpful, we were recommended an 44€ Super Tuscan bottle which exceeded our expectations, the whole diner was perfect, we definitely recommend this place!

We read great reviews in time out and culture so had high expectations for our first night in Siena. Service was very slow. Vodka and tonic produced with no ice. Long wait for wine list. Food nicely presented but quite tasteless. Had to ask for salt pepper olive oil. Unnecessary cover charge for uneaten bread. Waiter persuaded us to have... More

Very much enjoyed our dinner last night at Tre Cristi...with excellent service and splendid food including the fish tasting menu which I'd thoroughly recommend. Tucked away in a quiet corner, gloriously away from the tourist drag and usual dining options. To be recommended.

We had several dishes that were outside our comfort zone. The Cuttlefish appetizer was described as an insalata caprice with cuttlefish. In reality it was cuttlefish with a hint of tomato and mozzarella in the sauce. Our pasta had a wild boar sauce and was delicious. The main dish was rabbit - tasty but unusual.it is more in the fine... More

I have been here in July. Food was good, wine list excellent (but missing the bottle I chose!), service very low.

Gluten free is no problem in this restaurant. It's not even considered a thing. Cured Goose for starter followed by the freshest home made gluten free penne pasta with cuttlefish and sea anenome. This restaurant is down a little lane with lanterns and feels like an old church. It's also dog friendly and we were sat beside a friendly couple... More

Reading some reviews it seems a few people were not thrilled by this hidden gem. Others have rated it highly. For us, we stumbled on it by accident and it was a wonderful Al fresco dining experience, eating in a street, from intimate tables with crisp linen. Try the black ink pasta. Would recommend this place which is away from... More

Tre Cristi was fine. The restaurant dates back hundreds of years part of what attracted us to visit. The service was very spotty and it didn't seem to be clear who was actually attending to us. Finally a waiter arrived and he was slow as he was seemingly tending to the entire restaurant. The food was average to slightly above... More
