We went to this restaurant for a special occasion which happened to coincide with the famous Siena Palio (2nd July). Despite this potential distractor, the staff were helpful and attentive. The atmosphere inside the old Etruscan establishment is excellent and although the photos look a little gloomy it's actually cosy rather than cold or oppressive. Food was excellent - risotto... Went here for a special occasion meal and the setting is truly amazing. First level has walls and curved, cavelike ceilings of brick. Lower levels, I have read, are Etruscan caves. Good food presentation with amuse bouche served between courses. Not the best meal we had in Italy but the setting is what makes it so special. Prices fairly high... More

Not great but certainly good. Just had dinner here. My husband had a starter and a pasta dish. I had a fiorentina. He was very happy , my meat was good but not great, and I had a fiorentina many many times because I'm a meat lover. The service was sweet but a little bit spotty. Anyway I would go... More

Natural grilled beef with truffle is fantasy, the best meal of our trip. Reservation is needed to guarantee you are not turn away. The restaurant may look small at first but once you get in you will be amazed by how big and unique it is.

We were in the lowest level and it was amazing just walking down to our table. We found the service to be excellent with lots of staff, especially since everything had to be carried up and down stairs. The food was excellent and although a little bit more expensive it was worth it for the atmosphere. A reservation is essential!!... More

We had a dinner in OSTERIA DA DIVO for our wedding honeymoon! Me and my husband had a tour in italy and i can say that is the best dinner that we had so far! So for the appetizer we had a truffle tart followed by the risotto that they served in a wheel of pecorino cheese and we were... More

The food was divine and the atmosphere was very romantic. A little bit expensive but worth spending money at this place. Reservations are needed.
