My husband and I had a lovely dinner here during our 3 night stay in Siena! We had a very large lunch earlier in the day during our (fantastic) Franco Fada wine tour in Montelcino, so we split an appetizer and entree and enjoyed some Brunello wine. We had the rabbit appetizer and the spaghetti with pork sausage, kale, and... More

We first visited Numerounico on our second night in Siena. The food was amazing and the service was first class. The atmosphere was lovely with only four tables in the front of house. Service was prompt and the quality of the food was to die for. Our first nights meal left such a good impression that we decided to visit... More

A great modern restaurant in the old town! We are so glad we picked this restaurant during our overnight in Siena. The food is delicious and serves great Italian food with a contemporary twist. The open ravioli and suckling pig were two fantastic dishes that hit the spot. The service was great and attentive throughout the evening. Definitely recommend stoping... More

This restaurant is situated in the heart of the old town but the decor and the presentation of the food is far from old fashioned. The restaurant decor is modern, simple, light and clean. The menu appears similar to many other restaurants in the town but the cooking is a little more modern in style and all the better for... More

An ancient city with a restaurant with a decidedly contemporary feel to the interior and the food. We loved the look of the place, quite sleek and modern with Palio-related décor, jazzy music playing, and friendly service. We each had a bowl of chickpea soup that was incredible, afterward split a main of grilled salmon and asparagus. Excellent wine and... More

Funny little front room and bizarre little table by the stairs but in the back is a lovely open room with beautiful Palio themed art over the walls. Nice, modern decor unlike most restaurants in central Siena which tend to play on the medieval theme. Menu was interesting and short, again slightly more creative and modern than most of the... Came here based on trip advisor reviews and turned out to be a bit of a let down. Food was nice- had the open ravioli and scallops; however the waitress was very serious and not so friendly. We decided to go elsewhere for dessert.

My wife and I stumbled upon this small, very modern eatery while in Siena in early October. The staff provided excellent service and the menue provided a number of options that were refreshingly different from those in the usual Italian menus. We both had sweet meatballs which were served over new mashed potatoes(by this time in our trip we were... More
