Very convenience location (walking distance to center), with excellent food, A/C, Wifi, and the most important very polite and helpful staff.

Our entrance in the restaurant was completely accidental, we were on the path from the Railway Station to the Duomo by foot. We ordered Papardelle and Fettina which were great. The Papardelle had just the right balance between meat and pasta while the Fettina had a very interesting mix with the vegetables. Always ask for the Piato di Giorno (Dishes... More

I was in Siena for a month and visited L'oro do Siena many times. Everything is so good. Especially the "rare meat", gnocchi and pastas. The specials are all aimed at what locally is being harvested. They also use a lot of organic and locally grown ingredients. The staff is so accommodating and helpful especially with the Italian to English... More

This restaurant is a little bit off the regular path of other restaurants but it was worth the walk. The restaurant was packed when we arrived and did have to wait a little for a table but that was not a problem at all. We were looking for a place to discover the food and the wine of the region... The food was average, but the service was terrible. We waited almost an hour for the pizza to come and it was good but not worth the wait. Definitely would not recommend this place.

We found this restaurant without knowing anything about it. Food was great. Service even better. A good variety of dishes and an interesting wine list. Price-quality ratio is OK. The atmosphere was OK too. While not being a trendy place, we went on a Tuesday night and it was quite full of people. If you are looking for good food,... More

We had an excellent meal at this friendly welcoming restaurant; it was so good we went back for a second time the following night.

Nothing to fault here. Simple, excellent food, and attentive, but not overly attentive service. Probably one of the best pizza's I've ever had the privilege to eat. I found this place on here, and was expecting it to be fully booked, but we got lucky and secured a table for 9.30pm. We're really chuffed to have found it, as without... More

We went 2 times to this little restaurant, out of the center but still at walk distance from the square. Everything was great: friendly service, great food, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Much less touristic than most of the Siena restaurants. We warmly recommend this place.
