Nice Dinner

My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner here one evening in December. He had lamb, I had pasta, and we shared a dessert. Very cute atmosphere, courteous service. I would certainly recommend!

Another of our favorite restaurants in Siena. It is small and because of location, you would think there would be a lot of tourists. But many of the locals eat there. It is clean and nothing fancy, but the food is excellent! Try the fish appetizer...almost like a small fish stew with mussels, clams, shrimp. The pumpkin soup with pistacchio... More

We stopped at this restaurant without a reservation and we were fortunate to be immediately seated. The atmosphere was light and bright, the food was very good, and the service was friendly and swift. I would recommend this restaurant.

During our week in Siena had lunch here twice and also a lighter evening meal - would recommend for either. Really tasty food and friendly, efficient service. Really loved the Sienese pici with anchovy and walnut sauce - gorgeous flavour combination and had to go back and have the dish again! A great family-run restaurant.

We went to Siena on a Sunday and since the restaurant we've visited last year was closed, I asked around in some shops and finally we decided to try the 4 Cantoni. We had Sacaloppina al limone, pappardelle al cinghiale and spaghetti pommodoro. Everything was delicious, and we didn't have to wait too long although the place was full full.... More

We ended up in this restaurant simply because it was near our B&B and we were starving. We were pleased to discover that the food was reasonable and delicious, and the menu was creative.

We stopped here to eat on a rainy day, that could be why it was so busy, but food is good here also. We were seated quickly. Food didn't take too long to come. The pizza, pasta and salad we had were all good. The tables are too close to each other to have a conversation without the next table... More

Take a moment to "make nice" with your server since they seem quite rushed. This casual restaurant has some incredible entrees. While pizza may be in their name, don't waste your dining experience on it. We had an eggplant/mozzarella dish one night and another night had veal. We ate there twice.....and from us, that is a great compliment. Not pricey,... More

Stopped through a mix of desperation and convenience. We've been going to Italy for years and I got to know that come 12:00 mid-day, you need to be seated somewhere... Would not have been my first choice but we kind of found ourselves in Piazza di Postieria and there it was... The seating outside is Tiny. The space is just... More

We arrived here by accident having walked out of another restaurant nearby. The meal was great and the service friendly thanks to a sweet mom and pop partnership. The food was good but if you have the cheese or cheese and ham antipasto, you ahould share as they are enormous.
