Perfect place for coffee break between sightseeing. In the heart of the center they serve the best cappuccino and ricciarelli in Siena!

This is one of the most famous Tuscan patisseries. Just before the Campo Square, you can stop for a coffee, sandwich or sweet. But their headline specialities are Panforte (siena fruit cake) and Ricciarelli (almond paste cookie). Both are said to be invented in Siena. Especially the Ricciarelli are drool-dropping tasty and made fresh each day. I spent a good... More

Make sure you try the Ricciarelli alla mandorla cookie, they are fresh and all do delicious. The éclair was fantastic. Make sure you stop here on your way to piazza dei campo, you won't regret it

Lovely cafe with the usual cafe and gelato. Plenty of counters. The seating is a rather cramped up front but there is more in the back. The real winner for me was the multiple varieties of paneforte. Too much it try all of them at the cafe but luckily they travel well!

This place is beautiful! Great style, great pastry and coffee. The selection is just out of this world. I love this kind of pastry and the little cakes and so many things that were there to try, but impossible to try in just one visit. And then came the real surprise. Everything for the two of us came to little... More

This place has a very good selection of pastries and nice coffee. Too bad they obviously do not encourage you to enjoy it on location. More tables!

We nearly made the mistake of going to the Restaurant of the same name on the Piazza Il Campo, which gets poor reviews. We visited the "real" one for a cake and a coffee. My wife chose very well again and had a "diplomatico" which she thought was the best cake she had had for a long time whereas mine... More

There are many Nannini places in and around Siena...the landmark site is close to the Piazza as you walk along the main shopping street.....it's not expensive, and is almost obligatory to pop in to for an espresso.

Found this great value coffee shop in a guidebook and it is certainly well worth a visit. Plenty of pastries and cakes to choose from as well as coffee brewed to order. Big bonus was very low cost and had to check bill was correct!! Only a few seats but don't let this put you off.
