Really small, really intimate, really fabulous!!!

Not much to add to the superb reviews. An accidental find. Excellent ambience, excellent food, and excellent service!

If you want to eat in an REAL restaurant, not a comercial place, chose Ristorante PorriOne because you will be surprise that only at few steps from Piazza del Campo you can eat so good. The food is great, service I can bet is the best in Siena and the place look magnific also inside but also at the terace.

The food is interesting and delicate. The service is friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. I would highly recommend for a fine dinning experience.

We have been to Siena four or five times but missed this exceptional restaurant. We actually chose it this time because we read the reviews on Trip Advisor for which thanks. Everything about this restaurant is professional. In the few days we were in Siena we went twice. The first time we started with the most amazing pasta with a... More

We came across this superb restaurant after spending a pleasant but somewhat cold afternoon in the spectacular Piazza del Campo. This was beyond any doubt one of the top gastronomic experiences we have ever had in our lifes. When leaving the place I felt like saying Wow! Simone is a perfect host commanding a friendly and yet not invading service.... More

This has been one of our most extraordinary gastronomic experiences ever. This restaurant has a proposal of revisiting hearty Tuscan food with a touch of freshness and boldness yielding an outstanding and delicious outcome. I strogly recommend fiori di zucchini and il spaghetti con uovo, acciughe e pistacchi. The service was warm and helpful while very wary of the customers... More

We were treated to no less than three complimentary Chef's tastings between courses at PorriOne, all as excellent as every dish we tasted. The waitstaff was well trained, attentive and very friendly, it made the great food coming out of the kitchen even more enjoyable. Do not walk by this upscale choice in Siena, go in and enjoy.

The most fantastic meal of our 2 week trip - higher prices but worth every penny! The desserts were like art on a plate and just fantastic! Would have happily eaten the sausage and olive pasta every meal for the whole 2 weeks! Would go back again tomorrow!

We stumbled upon this gem on a Sunday evening after discovering that quite a few of the recommended typical restaurants were shut or full. It was a great find,a lovely atmosphere sitting outside with a view of the piazza del campo down rhe street and good service. The food was delicious and very different from all the rustic meals we'd... More

We ate here as the Osteria Le Logge nearby was full and very busy, no doubt a good sign, but we did not regret the decision as the food was more imaginative than the traditional Tuscan fare. I thought the wine list was excellent and appreciated our selections. My wife had a glazed duck breast which was particularly good; I... More
