Very good food, pleasant atmosphere, good location near Campo. The waitress recommendations were good (albeit she was a bit impatient at times). However, pricier than it should (and I dine in Michelin restaurant and don't mind paying a lot for food). Also, the internal dining area is warm while smoking is allowed outside (so not convenient for a pregnant woman).

Perfect food and perfect hospitality. Great value for money. Tip. Share a starter so you still have room for a pasta or a main course. Great but too broad win list. Great offers by the glass. Great experience

We ate at this restaurant last night upon recommendation from our hotel (hotel Athena - also lovely). It is nice and close to everything and the food and service was fantastic. I had ricotta stuffed courgette flower to start and my fiancee had grilled octopus - both very lovely but the octopus was truly fantastic. Then duck risotto and prawn... More

This restaurant was recommended by friends who have lived in Italy for 30 years. Best pasta I had in Italy (pistachio, truffle pasta was to DIE for) Would go back in a heartbeat. Not the cheapest, but not that expensive either. Go.

One day trip to Sienna we simply wanted a bite of lunch. The setting is just off Campo and the appearance stylish and inviting. The service was impeccable and the food fantastic. Quite simply the best part of our trip to Sienna. No reservations about recommending this restaurant.

About a block off the Campo, there are a few restaurants. We chose this one because it was the only one with an open table outside. What a lucky break. Italian food with a flair and very creative. It was our last day in Siena and we were meeting friends for dinner at a place they made a reservation at.... More

My wife was buying some perfume at a local store in Siena, and ask the saleswoman for a recommendation. Turns out the perfume store holds promotional events at PorriOne. The food, she said, was "particular," which I think is intended to mean unusual or unique. She needs to learn another English word - "Spectacular." Interesting combinations of local foods resulted... One of our absolute best meals in Italy, the flavors, the presentation, the service just perfect. Definitely not your typical rustic, Tuscan food, very refined with unusual groupings of flavors (wasabi fish roe anyone?). If you're in Siena you must eat here.

Just off piazza del Campo...absolutely exceptional dinner. Strong regional and traditional underpinnings, but each dish innovative and creative. Try the pasta with egg, anchovies, pistachio, and truffle. And definitely have the duck (with dark chocolate) - sounds too quirky to work, but it does, perfectly.
