Have been back every year, never been disappointed. Good and tasty food, good wine, okay prices and nice service. Rock solid.

Service was a little slow, but the food was good, many choices beyond the usual pastas. The desserts were excellent.

We sought out the Osteria le Logge for lunch as it was well cited in our two guides. It was busy light and airy in the lovely dining room which had book cases and a traditional feel. The lunch menu was a bit limited we felt but adequate. We had a prosciutto/melon and a zucchini cheese starters. Prosciutto good quality.... More

Delicious pasta with zucchini and carbanero was very tasty. Spaghetti with bacon and onions a hit with my son. Risotto with truffles and cardamom, yum. We also shared potato anti pasta with basil and mozzarella

In Siena to pick up some shopping and get our car serviced, we dropped in for pranzo on the off-chance, and by very good fortune found a free table. The Brunelli wine and the food were excellent as ever, in particular the fiori di zucca crisply fried with sweet succulent flowers and plentiful ricotta inside. We couldn't resist the chocolate... We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, so we went to great lengths to get a reservation in the main room on the ground floor (as opposed to the dreaded upstairs where most of the non-locals were herded). Our contact in Italy came through and we were excited. Yes, the ambiance was lovely downstairs, but that didn't make up... More

We have visited and eaten at Le Logge for over 20 years and were so looking forward to our meal last Wednesday evening. We could not have been more disappointed. The primi of risotto was unremarkable and lacked any kind of seasoning. Our secondi were even more disappointing : lamb which was dry, overcooked, floating in sauce and garnished with... More

Italian Gastronomic Delight in Siena, Table for five 12 noon, ready & waiting crisp linen and even more crisp fresh Italian bread. The waitress interpreted the Italian menu and was ecstreamly knowledgable regarding the preparation of the dishes. Only one other table when we arrived but by the time our main arrive the inside and the patio outside were full... More

What a wonderful place to enjoy lunch in the historical part of Siena. Try to get a place on the terrace, it is absolutely gorgeous. My wife and me had Antipasti and a Primi Piatto each and all dishes were excellent. The wine list is a find by itself...ask the waiter for a visit to the nearby wine cellar, it... More
