Delicious food "Just like my itialian mother would have prepared" By far the best gnocchi I have ever eaten in a restaurant, tender and delicate. We were on vacation our party of eight had reservations to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary when we arrived, the restaurant had a bouquet of beautiful flowers for me, arranged to have a bottle of... I stayed in Italy for one week and this was by far the best restaurant i went. Had to travel from Florence, but it was worth it. Friendly owner, skilled staff, fantastic food and 30 seconds from the center ''Piazza del Campo''. I strongly recommend it to anyone, who is ''addicted'' to tasty, traditional food! ;)

Food service and atmosphere was nothing but amazing. It is a must if in the sienna area. Menus for food and wine are hand written. Homemade pasta bread and desserts. Wonderful experience!

Our two week trip to Italy included visits to Rome, Florence, Venice and Siena and in all these travels, Ristorante Guidoriccio stands on top as the best among the many great restaurants we dined in. For starters, Ergole, the owner and host, is an extremely warm, kind-hearted man. He embodies the spirit of Italy that brings tourists to this country... More

When we arrived in Siena, we were going to eat at the B&B's restaurant and then I got on trip advisor. I told my family we could eat very good (B&B) or excellent if this place had a table for us-- and they did. What a fantastic meal, service and time!!! Do not pass this place up!!! The host was... The Frances Lodge sent us here upon our arrival. OMG, the food, the wine and especially the owner made our first meal in Siena divine! From the fig honey pecorino cheese bread to the boar ragu pasta, everything was so yummy. I wish we had stayed longer so we could have eaten there again. Can't wait to go back next... More

After climbing the tower in the plaza of Siena, Italy we worked up an appetite for some pasta dishes and we certainly found the place that made our trip to Siena worth every minute. The atmosphere in this restaurant is enhanced by the freindly owner that went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed every minute of our... More
