Small room and always full. Poor starters. Good food but medium wines by the glass. Waiters and staff are not suficient to support the place.

Service was great. Food amazing--had the filet wrapped in porchetta with white beans, both amazing. Wife had salad of greens with prosciutto, pears, pecorino, and pine nuts, amazing! Dessert was some sort of pistachio sponge cake with saffron gelato, also amazing.

We really liked our food: the soup with porcini & truffle was excellent, the wild boar very tasty though not beautifully looking, the fillet nice although badly presented: just the fillet on the plate with some blood around it - no garnish, no decorations. The large house salad had tinned tuna. The service was a little slow but good.

This place is a little cavern off the beaten path. It looks like a cave on the inside The server was friendly. The food came at a reasonable pace. The flavor was just okay to me. The steak was good, the pasta was not a texture or flavor. Their house wine was good as well. They do offer gluten free

We headed to this place on the recommendation of our Hotel which was less than a stones throw from this place. Tucked away into a side street this cozy medieval restaurant serves great Tuscan cuisine. For the winter, this cellar type restaurant is a perfect shield from the freezing cold of this hilltop town. Make sure u make a reservation.... More

Peruca has some unique items on their Tuscan menu. The venue is very interesting. There is a medieval feel to the dining. I had eggplant parmesan which was very good. Unfortunately, I wasn't terribly hungry to order more. But the others in our party seemed to be happy with their choices. The service was very nice and staff was attentive.... More
