The reviews are all true. The found is absolutely outstanding! A must eat. One of the best places, if not the best place we ate at in all of Italy! Great service from start to finish. Worth every cent.

We arrived in San Gimignano on a punishingly hot day and so decided to go straight for lunch, and found this little place mentioned in the guide book. The menu outside looked delicious and there is a little, shaded walled courtyard garden at the back where you can sit if you don't want to be inside. There were three adults... More

Cum Quibus came with high expectations and it didn't disappoint. In summary - brilliant service, a romantic setting, amazing food presentation and simple and delicious local flavours. Make sure you book in advance and request a table in the back stone-walled courtyard. It will complete the Tuscan dining experience. A chef's amuse bouche of creamy goat cheese, zucchini flowers, snow... More

We had the most fantastic dinner where we chooses the tasting menu. It is a must try. You could choose among several nice wine by glass - really nice. The service was excellent too, even though they were very busy.

I ate here with three friends and it was a memorable evening. Right from the amuse bouche of aubergine tortellino while choosing our meal we knew this was going to be special. We went a la carte and the menu has a wonderful mix of classic Tuscan and innovative cuisine. Service was attentive without being obtrusive. The standard of cooking... More

Reservations almost a must have here. In edition to menu they have 2 "tasting menu" choices. We choose the more expensive one (75 eur pp). Had the waiter pair with wine. Should have been 7 courses but by time evening was done we had been there 4 1/2 hours and had 11 courses (extra courses added by chef). These are... More

This is by far my husband and I's favorite restaurant out of anywhere we have ever been. We traveled to San Gimignano 3 years ago, and planned another Italy trip this summer, partly because we wanted to return to Cum Quibus!! We ate here twice on our recent trip and both experiences were perfection. From the wine, to the food,... More

Now this should be on the Michelin list of restuarants. Simply the best service ,food and attention to detail. My taste buds exploded and were satisfied completely! Exceptional wine list representative of the region. A definite 5 star experience.
