We got the recommendation for that restaurant from our hosts at I Coppi (winner by itself), and scored the best dinner we had during the whole trip. The ambience, decore, service, and, food, of corse, were outstanding. We ordered steak Fiorentina among other starters and entree's. It was done to perfection (very rear). I got extra truffles (twice :)) on... More

Extraordinary food, with menu laden with truffle, but not as expensive as the other ratings on trip advisor suggest. We paid €30 for 2 and were stuffed to the gills! Fecund decor is extremely classy. Old fashioned hospitality is supreme, quite a refreshing and welcome change from the crass commercialism of Florence. PS: Water was free. We were given complimentary... More

This is literally a little hole in the wall spot! Very inconspicuous from the outside, but once you walk throught the door, its brick, stone and wood interior just oozes history! DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT! The Pappardelle com trufas negras is unbelievable...my mouth is watering just recalling it! Service was amazing - the owner came over and chatted and... More

We read the reviews of this restaurant before we commenced our holiday and decided to add this to our must go to restaurants when in San Gimignano. We went for lunch we were lucky to get a table as we had not made a reservation in this very popular restaurant. There is seating inside and also in a courtyard. The restaurant... More

We were there when they opened for the season on March 19th this year. My husband and I still talk about our dinner until now. This restaurant excels in Service, in Food and in Ambiance. All that offered for a very reasonable price. This dinner is worth remembering. Thanks Lorenzo and staff!

This by far was the best restaurant experience in my Tuscany week!!!!! The food was amazing but what made the experience unforgettable was Lorenzo, the owner who took extra meassures to make this experience unforgettable! Special perks like a few kitchen tastes and an after lunch milk of the shepards liqueur and then a special bottle of Tuscan wine to... More

One of the best experiences in Italy! We are all still talking about our wonderful lunch here. Lorenzo went above and beyond to make our day one to remember. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I are huge fans of San Gimignano, so much so that we got married there last year. Cum Quibus is without doubt the best in town. We dined there in August 2012, when had wild boar with more truffle than I've ever seen, and shared an enormous bistecca alla fiorentina. When we went back in August 2013,... More

We were in the area only for one night so it was a no brainer to try this place out. It is exactly like the rest of the reviewers said - great food, good atmosphere, all what you would expect from great restaurant. It was quite busy when we came in but the table we booked was available and we... More
