excellent food, excellent service, you need to book or get there early and cross your fingers, we have returned two years on a trot and were remembered by the waiter! Would always go back when in town

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, and had pasta, pork chop, sides and seconds. House wine was good and inexpensive. Service was efficient and friendly. The location has a terrific view.

Sat outside at one of two tables on a beautiful fall night. Good wine selection with reasonable prices. Food was perfectly prepared and the service was great. Would seek this place out next time I visit.

dulcis is on located right off the main square with a great view of the countryside. All pasta dishes were excellent. House wines were equally tasty.

we stumbled up on this restaurant by accident and were pleasantly surprised. I am gluten free and they offered gluten free pasta. it seems to be a family own and run establishment, had a great vibe - very welcoming. i had the risotto and the cannellini beans - probably my best meal on my Italy trip (Venice, Florence, Rome too).... I start by describing the local in classic Renaissance style. Some porthole from the floor allow you to view the cellar. Locale very quiet and intimate, we were the only Italian. Friendly staff and great food. I Council wild boar with polenta and some vegetables. Also excellent sirloin of pork with prunes and cabbage. Finally apple pie with saffron ice... More

This is my first trip advisor review. Sorry if I am not amazingly articulate, but bottom line, I ate here with my family, and I am the only one with celiac, and this was by far the best meal I had in Italy! So many gluten free options, and the true test, my family loved it all too. They even... More

You can eat outside if you want. the inside of the restaurant is very well decorated and if you like jazz you can relax over a terrific meal and wine and listen to the background music. The menu... We went to the restaurant on the strength of Rick Steves recommendation. First thing to note is that the restaurant is closed between lunch and dinner so, it opens for dinner at 7:15PM. A reservation is definitely a good idea because there are a number of people looking to dine at the same time so avoid disappointment. We were seated... More
