We were recommended to try this place especially for fresh fish and it didn't disappoint. While there wasn't a wide choice what was on offer was exceptional. We both ordered a crayfish pasta dish which was very tasty and not over priced. The waiter discussed the dish options with us and went as far as suggesting we limit our original... More

It is a very nice small restaurant with cosy atmosphere, very good service and delicious food! Try the specialties of the house and the region wines!!!!

Seriously? The kids claim it was the best restaurant ever. Tempted to agree. Not sure if it can be topped in Toscana. Probably a good idea to reserve ahead.

It is a nice and small restaurant. Good reasonably priced selection of Tuscan wines. The bread soup and Risootta with artichoke and curry were good vegetarian selections and were very tasty. The staff was friendly.

This was recommended to us by the hotel as a traditional Tuscan cuisine. It definitely lived up to its description. The restaurant was immaculate and spacious. It was presented in a traditional style with wine bottles lining the walls. We ate from set menu, which was 4 courses followed by coffee and a glass of wine. The food was delicious... More

This is a little personal italian restaurant with good service, good italian food, good vine - if you want to expire what you imagine a "real italian restaurant" you should try Galileo!

Recommended by hotel & glad they did. Ate the preset menu & it was delicious - got to eat food that I would not have thought to order. Also tasted my daughters bolognaise - wow!

What a great restaurant. We ate here following tip from our B and B host. It did not disappoint. Fantastic wine, fantastic food, great service and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend if staying in Pisa. Should be a lot higher in the Trip Advisor ratings.

We stayed in Pisa for 4 nights and ate at this restaurant twice. The food and service were excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. They brought out delicious salty hot bread while we were looking at the menu and the rest of the food that followed was delicious. I had the spaghetti with clams on the first night... More

This was our first meal on our first trip to Italy and we were not disappointed. The risotto with asparagus was wonderful. We split the ribollita which was also excellent. The desserts looked beautiful, but we were too full to try them. Everything we saw come from the kitchen looked wonderful. Service was excellent even though it was Sunday and... More
