Delicious food and friendly host!

Most delicious plate of beef with rocket and Parmesan, and mixed platter of cheese, melon and cheese as starters and main courses equally as good. We did not find this restaurant until the last evening, would definitely go there again.

Friendly owner, generous portions of fabulous Tuscan food. The squid with mushrooms and gorgonzola was the best. You must try this place.

We stumbled across this very traditional place, as it is tucked down a small side lane, but thank goodness we did. It is small, but full of atmosphere, a real delight. The service was first rate and they could not be more accommodating. The food is more adventurous and traditionally Tuscan. I had a wild boar and olive stew, which... More

This was a great find. It is down a side alley off the main walking street across the bridge so can be difficult to find. It is small so has a cozy charm and atmosphere. There is an offer menu where you can order 2 course and a bottle of wine for 2 people for 25€. I had the fish... More

We stumbled across this restaurant after looking for another one that was fully booked and thank god it was. The location is excellent; quiet yet atmospheric and cosy. I ordered the wild bore and from the first taste to the last it was fantastic. Honestly haven't had anything better. The wine and dessert were also great. The service was excellent;... More

Good mixed meats and cheese, while pasta dishes were delicious. The carpaccio of fish was not the best while desserts were fine. Wine list good value Overall good value and would return but pick the basic dishes

Excellent food, great service and friendly atmosphere. Nice location with jazz music and furniture in a pub like style in the inne town of Pisa just a fem meters from the shopping disctrict. The ovner is very friendly. We stayed in the restaurant with 8 children and 7 adults and everyone really enjoyed their meal. The restaurant opens at 1900... More

We got here without reservation on a Friday evening around 8 PM. We took a look at the menu, but basically let the waiter - probably the owner - help us to choose something. We had a portion of "fettunte" - a kind of bruschetta (grilled bread) with cooked vegetables on it, escalloped with cheese, and a cheese plate as... More

We were in the restaurant, four of us. Two of us took the meny with meat and other two vegetarian menu. Both menus were good. A slight disappointment was that menu promised different wine for different meal. The wines for vege and met meny were the same. Anyway, Tinti was a good experience.

Price is fair for what you get, ~30 euro each, so not cheap, but it worths every cent. Discovered by accidents one night coming back from florence. After a long working day out of town my wife and i wanted to taste some "cinghiale" nearby our place, and found Osteria del Tinti on tripadvisor. The choice was excellent, place is... More
